1) What are the possible health and
safety issues with the equipment you are using?
The safety issues to students who are using certain equipment is
that there are massive heavy amps which can be dropped on feet and fingers also
a hazard to which you can fall over them, I mean only if you weren't looking
where you were going. There are also lots of different leads that you could
trip over also by doing this you may damage them. You mustn't run around as you
could easily fall over or you could bump into someone who could quite possibly
be caring a heavy piece of equipment which could lead to you or the other
person getting hurt or even damaging whatever the person was carrying. The noise levels can't be too high otherwise it could hurt people's hearing, including our own.
2) What can you do to ensure you and
others are safe during the rehearsal process?
To make sure you and others are safe at all times while rehearsing
is by making sure you are focused on the work that has been set because that
can make sure that you will not mess about. Make sure that you and your group
are not running around because that could lead to someone getting hurt. You
could avoid by not getting hurt by just simply not touching anything that is
broken especially because you could touch something sharp. If you do find
something that is broken and you do know how to fix then you should let your
teacher know and see if they say if you can fix it or not, so then if the
teacher comes and finds you trying to do something you’re not meant to be doing
then the teacher will clearly get angry.
